If you don't have tower-stacking 4 then the pilers in the loops should still keep efficiency high but there will not be enough supply to keep them all fed. You could use the space between the towers for extra input lines with pilers but the build will function without.
Even with two towers on maximum power they struggle to keep this beast fed with hydrogen, place it near some gas giants!
