Compact Self Mk3 Proliferators, Tilable (fits ring), 1,200/m
Fully proliferated mark 3 proliferators. Produces slightly above 1,200 per minute and self sprays starting from rare ore. Compact (but not exhaustively so - my first try so could be better) to fit four around the third ring of a planet.
