Compact 600MW Deuterium Power Plant, raw resource / no rare input / fractionated hydrogen

Updated and more compact version, of the previous 1.2GW design. Early-midgame power in a box, only takes basic raw resources, fits in a 10x4 , 5x5 grid, can be placed anywhere between the first tropic and arctic fault line. Fuel rods and hydrogen are proliferated with mk2 sprays that is produced in the system.

Inputs (at 100% load): 11.67 iron ore/s , 2.67coal/s, 2 copper ore/s, 1 water/s, 2 stone/s, 1,5 oil/s, 1 titanium ore/s, 10 hydrogen/s. Both ILS can receive warpers as needed.
