BIE's Gigacharger PRIME II: "Ridiculous Speed!"

No cheesy ad copy this time. PRIME II is a revision of my last gigacharger. More power (135 GW charge capacity, with 15 GW left over for shields, guns, and manufacture), plenty of guns, self-contained ammo manufacture, thick shields, and with fully-balanced inputs and outfeed. No more clogging up the infeed when it's not at full capacity!
Defenses are a bit over-gunned--it'll laugh off hundreds of ships from a L30 hive. I was aiming to future-proof it a bit for whatever new Dark Fog ships the devs put out next, so it's firing nothing but MK3 sprayed antimatter and has some, well, ridiculous shields.
Basically, put this down in a sphere-enclosed planet and walk away. Use the new Battery Management System 4.0 to run it remotely. If the Dark Fog actually manages to damage it, well, you've got new and interesting problems to solve right quick.
