Automatic Piler - Force 4x Stacks
Loops input until the automatic pilers are guaranteed to run. Only outputs 4x stacks (occasionally a 3x)
Useful, for example, for times when you want to prioritize your produced hydrogen (which may be intermittent/not 4x stack) with imported hydrogen (full, 4x stack) while still providing hydrogen operating at maximum combined output (4x stack).
