Automatic Exchanger System (fixed)

Dischargers are disabled if there is excess power. Hopefully fixed the problem occurring with lack of empty accumulators. Put about 300-400 of any item concrete into the chest after construction or switch the splitter priority (and disable chest filter) to the item your choice. Refer to my reddit post for more details.
