Antimatter capsule from RAW+rare 0.5/s

Makes 30 /min Antimatter capsules from raw materials:
- Fire Ice (Graphene)
- Deuterium
- Iron, Copper, Critical Photon

Can be placed near poles, kept some distance on factories.

Module makes 6/s hydrogen and needs 5/s. Fractionator loop tries to convert 1/s to deuterium.
Adjust ILS distances as liking but keep hydrogen as storage. Also remove Traffic monitor if you dont want warnings.
