All Stations (PLS / ILS / OCS) Factory - Proliferated

This is a factory that will build ALL of the various stations. You do need to have some items on hand, and it's not fast when it comes to Orbital Collectors, but it's "set it and forget it" to let it make all your future stations. Good for mid-game when you have some supplies, and want one centralized location for stations.

The ONLY proliferation here is for extra products, not speed. At this point in the game I worry more about getting free stuff than spending power on faster.
