In this phase we set up oil production and red science production. As soon as we unlock mecha sail, we fly to the inner planet to set up titanium and silicon smelting, (early) processors and solar panels

With buffer box
Can't be placed too close to the fault line (far from equator)

Produces: 2/s red matrix
Consumes: 8/s oil, 8/s coal
Byproduct: 8/s refined oil (use later for yellow&purple), keep adding storage tanks
Power: 30.72 MW
