360 white cubes/minute blackbox proliferated small footprint (160x110)
Uses a minimum of 3 ILS for 15 input materials, everything is on ratio and proliferated for 100% speed.
Consumes ~1.4 GW of power, so it's like 10 artificial stars and consumes like 10 anti-matter fuel rods per minute (must be supplied separately), added 12 just to be sure.
If you remove the artificial stars and ray-receivers, it can be placed vertically inside the equator belt (I will publish the blueprint soon)
