30x, 2 input, Assembler from PLS

The idea is that you get two items from the PLS, assemble stuff from the two inputs, and send it back to the PLS.  You'll have to set the recipe and the input/output requests/filters.  I just plonk a bunch of these down and have stuff flying around.
