2000/m Antimatter fuel rods - Raw*, proliferated inputs & Tileable

Inputs: Proliferators, warpers, critical photons, particle containers, raw. Designed to go with interchangeable hats. Take note that this one takes awhile to get going (around 2050-2080 max).

I like to put particle containers on demand because, for those that can use it, the unipolar magnet recipe is crazy efficient and should be done at the mining planet.
