1800 solar sails from raw (fully proliferated in and out, pretested for fit)
Averaging 1800 sail sails/min from raw materials (stone to glass). Pretested for blueprint fit. East-west orientation, either direction. As long as you don't cross a fault line, you should be good to go. Balanced for level 3 proliferators. Easily converted to a non-hydrogen producing version. Just rip out the chemical plants, substitute the tower fire ice for graphene, and connect the former fire ice line to what was the output line from chemical plants. (A couple of belt links. Both are near each other.) A direct (imported) graphene feed.
