I used this as a starting point and fixed a few flaws and made it 10 times the amount:

Produces its own Proliferator, Warpers, and Strange Annihilation Fuel Rods. Disposes of all the Hydrogen it produces, so it shouldn't jam. Paste it down somewhere, give it raw materials, and it should take care of everything else.
USES ALL RARES, INCLUDING UNIPOLAR MAGNETS - if you don't want to use those yet, you can make the product (e.g. Particle Containers) elsewhere and belt them into the factory.
Has Shield Generators built-in.
To kickstart - you can add Proliferated SAF Rods to the Depot at the top right, and Mk3 Proliferator to the Depot at the bottom right, if you want to. This will help it get started immediately, but is not necessary.
Full of spaghetti - but hey, it works.
Uses a combination of Production Speedup and Extra Products to get the minimum number of buildings. Satellite Substations used when possible, for UPS Optimization.
