1200 SPM Science unit from RAW

- 1200 Universe matrix per minute from all raw (rare) ores with near perfect ratios. Includes proliferation for all intermediates. Can place 8 per planet for almost 10K SPM with room to spare. 
- Inputs: all raw ores (including rare ores and lots of it), antimatter and antimatter fuel rods
- Place lower marker belts on equator/meridian crossing
- All ILS requests (except antimatter/rods) are local demand for use with buffer ILS stations on same planet.
- Maximized use of advanced (Dark Fog) buildings and raw ores
- Needs max integration level for ILS for full throughput.
