10k / minute Universe Matrix with local anti-matter fuel rod and proliferator MK.III production

- Fill the polar ILS with warper and manually fuel about 30 artificial star to activate the planet.
- Requires external black rod, blue spray and warper to start up.
- Requires all vein except unipolar magnet and optical grating crystal.
- Recommended to test it on a new save, sandbox mode with free-construction enabled to reduce lag time.
- Has plane smelter, Assembling Machine MK. III and Quantum Chemical Plant.
