10k/min Solar Sails from raw (and graphene)

Produces 10k solar sails per minute, built on high-latitute like a pizza slice.
Requires locally sourced copper, iron and grating crystal, and imported graphene. 
Uses Dark Fog buildings. 
NOTE: The supply/demand setting listed here are completely different to what it is supposed to be. Copper, iron, grating crystal, graphene and proliferator should be demanded, and solar sails set to supply.
