1-1 Sprayed Smelting Hub

Sprayed Smelting Hub for recipes that use a 1-1 ratio.  Put the ore in slot #2.  The very first Smelter on the lines that do not use pilers can back up even though there is space on the belt for 15 normal smelters.  This can be fixed by upgrading the sorter for this smelter.  Uses normal smelters so can be used much earlier.  Uses mostly tier 1 sorters because that is all that is needed and they draw less power.
