Early Turbines

based on crazy CGA's blueprint, it uses green belts which can be easily down/upgraded based on your available resources. I modified it as his one crossed tropic lines, limiting where it could be built. Also had a massive box stack at the end, which my early game technology (just done yellow science) won't support.
