Replaced by new design which prioritizes local hydrogen first to prevent backups of production.
Input: 0.25 Titanium Crystal, 0.5 graphine, 12 hydrogen
Output: 0.25 Casimir Crystal
4 make a full belt, but consume 12 hydrogen belts each, hence their own ILS
Uses my load balancer design... for better or worse.
