Casimir crystal

It's one tower, 11 belts, half of the belt output (15 cry/sec), 6 belts of Hydrogen, 3 belts of grating crystals, 1 belt of graphene, etc.. Could have all the additional belts on the second level or higher, but decided against it.
Could be built near the pole -- needs quite a narrow space. Could be repeated with another tower.
It is built on a gas giant satellite, so that the Hydrogen is nearby.
Nothing too complex, simple direct approach.
Just thought it looks neat.
