Basic Mall for Early-Game

A basic mall for early-game play. Can be placed almost anywhere except the poles, and generates all the basic infrastructure buildings. A step up from my minimal bootstrap mall (https://www.dysonsphereblueprints.com/blueprints/minimal-bootstrap-mall-for-early-game), this one has both belt and storage container inputs for the four ingredients (iron ingots, copper ingots, stone bricks and magnets), higher throughput, and a double-set of belt assemblers.
