打开蓝图100% not recommended, only offered because some masochist really insisted they wanted it.
This planet sucks in power and resources and converts CPU cycles to science precursors. It produces everything you need to make white cubes except for plastic and antimatter from raw resources. It also requires an external source of graphene and carbon nanotubes. I make those on the same planet as the plastic.
Don't forget to fill the towers with drones.....
EDIT: Fixed/removed miners, and removed polar ILSs since apparently that was causing issues... for the graviton lens factories at the poles to work, you'll need to add the ILS back in with remote demand of kimberrlite, deuterium, antimatter fuel rods, iron ore, and copper ore.
