Finally...I decided to put out an entire ILS blueprint based on the original 110 fractionators design two things though
1. It will only "fit" at or near the center equator, any further up/down it will self collide.
2. Don't get caught in the fractionators when building! Don't "land" on the fractionators! If you get caught, you cannot get out and thus soft lock (save often).
